Peter Christensen joined Maersk Oil Qatar in March 2005 as a Senior Safety and Environmental Advisor. He came from a similar position in Maersk Oil headquarters in Copenhagen. Peter holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Danish Technical University (1996) and a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Copenhagen Business Academy (2000).
Maersk Oil Qatar AS operates the Al Shaheen Field, Block 5 offshore Qatar under an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement with Qatar Petroleum on behalf of the State of Qatar. Development to date comprises some 130 production and water injection wells, 18 platforms, 21 exploration and appraisal wells and gas gathering facilities for delivery of associated gas to Qatar Petroleum's North Field Alpha Platform. |

Mr. Khamis Juma Khamis Bu Amim was elected President and Chief Executive Officer on April 1, 2007. He was the chairman of the organization representing Dubai Petroleum Company since 2004. Prior to joining recso , Mr. Bu Amim was with Conoco and ConocoPhillips for 25 years in various management positions including Vice President, Dubai Petroleum Company (2002-2007), a ConocoPhillips affiliate company in the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Bu Amim also served as the secretary general of the UAE oil and gas Human resources group, Lead in the Dubai Petroleum Management Incident Command System, member of International Human Resources Management, advisor to the Gulf Career Development Forum, Secretary General of the Dubai Government Oil Spill Task Force, the Crises Management Team of Dubai and the Region and Senior MENA region advisor- Global Energy.
Mr. Bu Amim earned a degree in Business management and economics and higher accreditation on the International Human Resources Management from the UK and has various outstanding accomplishments and certification including the National Management Certification in the Incident Command Systems from Texas - USA |

Mr. Ali A. Al-Mohssen holds a Masters Degree in Management Sciences from the University of Laverne, USA. He holds other diplomas in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Joined Saudi Aramco in August 1984 as Marine Engineer and held various supervisory positions within Saudi Aramco. He was Superintendent of Marine Operations Division prior to this current job, handling various marine activities including diving, drilling rig movements and other offshore and onshore activities supporting Saudi Aramco offshore oil fields. Ali's current position is Saudi Aramco’s Global Oil Spill Response Director. He coordinates all activities of the company, and its subsidiaries relating to the prevention and response to combat oil spills. Ali represents Saudi Aramco and its subsidiaries in all national, regional and international organizations pertaining to oil spill prevention and response. |
